Quick Recipes for Busy Moms - Pesto

All this needs is some grinding in your mixie and voila there's your yummy dish...
Ingredients
1.5 cups roughly cut Basil leaves [Tip: Use a scissor to do your cutting]
5 tsp chopped roasted walnuts
2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp parmesan cheese [Tip: 2 grated Amul cheese cubes work like a charm]
Method
Just grind aII ingredients other than the cheese... Once you have a smooth paste mix in the cheese...
Use as a dip, on pasta or for sandwiches...
