Well this one isn't mine, but it's yummy, easy and a fun twist to a classic...
Ingredients

A little corriander
2 cloves garlic
Any tomato based pasta sauce
Salt

Method
Crush the chillie, corriander and garlic and fry it in a bit of oil in a small pan.

Pour a bit of the pasta sauce over this and cook till it thickens...
Now break an egg over this and let it cook... Sprinkle salt and pepper over it...
Plate once firm... Serve with garlic bread for a mini feast...
